Terms and Conditions for Aahara Caterers

Welcome to Aahara Caterers. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our website.

  1. Booking and Confirmation

    • All catering services require prior booking. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit payment.
    • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
  2. Payment Terms

    • Full payment must be completed at least 3 days prior to the event.
    • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and cash.
  3. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in a 50% refund of the total payment. No refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.
  4. Menu Changes

    • Any changes to the menu must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event.
    • Changes made after this time may incur additional charges.
  5. Liability

    • Aahara Caterers is not responsible for any food allergies or dietary restrictions unless informed by the client in advance.
    • We take utmost care in food preparation and handling, but we are not liable for food quality if it is consumed beyond 2 hours after delivery.
  6. Delivery and Setup

    • Aahara Caterers provides on-time delivery services, but delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like traffic or weather are not our responsibility.
    • The client is responsible for providing a suitable location for food setup.
  7. Damages

    • Any damage to rental items (tableware, furniture, etc.) during the event will be charged to the client.
  8. Force Majeure

    • Aahara Caterers is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
